Minted Fruit Salad

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Directions:

Combine juice and water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice; remove from heat; let stand 10 minutes. Stir together rice, drained oranges, crushed pineapple, cucumber, onion and mint in serving bowl. Serve chilled.
